“I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing dinner we had at the hotel restaurant. The smoked salmon starter was a fresh delight served alongside pickled radishes that elevated the dish. For the main course, I savored a beautifully cooked piece of pollock that was paired perfectly with a lemongrass sauce. The side dishes, especially the oven-roasted new potatoes with onions, were simply knock-out and added the perfect touch to my meal.
